How did you choose this plan?
In our years of providing development and hosting services we've realized that the vast majority of clients of all sizes fall into a similar bucket of needs when it comes to server hardware and delivery. Honing in on this, we eliminate the problem of being paralyzed by unneccessarily complex server package choices and the risk of being seriously under or overpowered with your hosting.
Why Three Sites or Apps?
Experience has shown us time and again that the biggest risk to your server's perfomance and security is too many sites in one place, often unneccessarily. By keeping the server focused we can keep costs down and your peformance and security up. We've landed on three sites as a sweet spot which will continue to give you room to grow.
Why Not Use $5/Month Hosting?

Don't worry, we know there are clients with well-known special needs due to edge-case massive traffic or performance requirements. This is usually rare but exceptional support is what we deliver and we will absolutely work with you to increase server resources as needed. Our real-time montioring will also identify any issues with servers and allow us to help you scale and curb issues in real-time.

How does your SLA work?
Your sites + apps mean the world to your business, clients and passions. We absolutely understand this and will do whatever it takes to keep them online and at their best. Period. Our standard support ticket turnaround time is always three hours at maximum for Production issues.
We do offer a Premier Tier of SLA for mission-critical sites + apps that includes 30 minute response times for Production Down issues and one hour for Production Impaired issues. The added cost for this starts at $100/mo additional. To request this post-purchase, simply submit a ticket from your LastHost management account, otherwise you can submit a contact request for more information at any time.
Do you offer development services or build services?
Absolutely! One thing we've learned is that the people who build websites + applications come and go but they'll always need updates, fixes and feature additions regardless. We have a team of WordPress, PHP and Linux experts that can work on nearly anything. Whether it's site updates to images and copy, adding a newsletter subscription form or building an entirely new area of your project, we have your back!
